Saw your film last night at the ROM and came home and emailed TNT stores. They responded right away and said they no longer sell shark fin soup. I think this is news because that didn’t seem to be the case last night. I haven’t checked, just wanted you to know what their response to me was.
Thanks for a great film - and though I was very depressed after seeing it, am trying to do what I can

      Dear Cathy,
Thank you for your email. We are no longer selling shark fin soup. Would you tell me which store you found shark fin soup products so we will follow up? Thank you very much for your concern and we look forward to your feedback.

My daughter and I were at your presentation of Sharkwater at the ROM last night and thought you did a great job. I’ve seen Sharkwater before and my daughter has also had the opportunity to see parts of it before. You actually had a chance to meet her on your way out to do the DVD signing when she stopped you to ask if you’d come to her school. Thank you for taking a minute to speak to her! SHe is 8 yrs old and has been talking about saving the sharks for the last 2 years or more since she saw something else on TV about shark fin soup and what people are doing to the sharks. She sat and cried through the whole showing last night but refused to leave for any longer than a minute because she is so passionate about sharks. A family friend at Christmas found a site to adopt a shark and did so for Meagan and she treasures the picture of her shark and has the certificate mounted on the wall.
